Most "Edge" apartments are made to 1 of 4 plans. In this plan, the main bedroom (parent's retreat) is below, sharing the same expansive view as the rest of the apartment.
Note that the apartment we offer affords greater privacy as it on the corner of "the edge" development, adjoining a reserve.
