Prestige Private Apartment - "the Edge"

"The Edge" Apartment is pure luxury. It was completed in June 2007 - and as such this page is still being finalised!

This spacious apartment is designed with an open plan, always drawing your attention to the views outside. The doors and windows can slide widely open, merging the deck & living areas, allowing the sea breezes and the tropical weather inside when it suits you. Choose when to close up and control the climate (all windows, doors, & air conditioning are fully automated).

The Edge is one of the most exclusive accommodation options on the island, with views west over the Dent Island Passage & many of the smaller Whitsunday Islands. The sunsets are beautiful.

Guests staying in The Edge complex share an infinite edged pool, with a spa and barbecue areas. The marina is a short walk or drive (in the included 4 seater buggy).

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with everything you could think of (possibly more) - IF you choose to make your own meals.  The apartment also has internal laundry facilities.

All the bedrooms are large and open with garden or water views.

• The main bedroom has a King Bed, Spa, and ensuite. It is a "parent's retreat", it is on the lower floor and shares the full expanse of views as seen from the front of the apartment (including double shower heads, and water views from the spa bath)
• The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be joined as a King.
• The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed (a TV in each bedroom)

While both the Frangipani & Edge apartments will provide you with a luxurious & relaxing tropical holiday (and we recommend both!) - the Edge apartment is far larger, more open, & more exclusive than any other apartment on the Island.
